Ukraine is a member of
European Council. Almost 315 Ukrainian higher
educational institutions teach international
students. All degrees to international students
are granted by Ministry of Education & Science
of Ukraine. Every year
thousands of foreign students come to study at
Ukrainian universities which are only state and
national universities of Ukraine Govt. Mostly
students come from Asia and Africa due to the
merit system in their homeland for engineering
and medical programmes
